The Vineyard Road site in Hounslow required the demolition of existing lock-up garages and construction of a part two and part three storey residential development comprising of six apartments, three 2-bedroom flats and three 1-bedroom flats with associated car parking and landscaping.  The exterior of the building has a simple form with orthogonal geometry. However, the effortless design is accentuated through the use of traditional red and brown brick and fenestration that utilises large, punched openings to provide natural light to the internal spaces. 

All the apartments have been thoughtfully designed, with every unit benefiting from their allocated amenity spaces, in the form of either inset balconies or private gardens. Internally all apartments consist of a modern and chic design throughout, with open plan living, and large double bedrooms. The scheme delivers homes able to exceed national space standards by more than 20 per cent.
