TRS Apartments

TRS Apartments is a 149-unit Build to Rent development on The Green, Southall, completed in 2013. This 9-storey building offers the convenience of living in a well-connected location with access to many modern amenities. The façade was completely transformed with a white silicone render, red acrylic brick slip and aluminium cladding. Delivering a linear block with a striking contrast between a modern and traditional brick finish, this building fabric provides a high thermal and acoustic performance. This building has become an iconic landmark of Southall that can be viewed from Southall Train Station and is well known to all residents and visitors of Southall.
