Lancaster Road

The existing site on Lancaster Road was hosting a property that required complete renovation works, with the rear garden of the site being expansive and accommodating small sheds. The opportunity allowed planning permission to be granted for the demolition of the temporary structures fronting Lancaster Road and construct two semi-detached 3-bedroom dwellings. The renovation works to the existing residence included a rear extension and new proposed basement.

 

Assisting the applicant in the planning and structural process the new development stands as an illustration of our expertise in residential design and construction. The proposed new build properties have simple uniform design, as they are symmetrical semidetached houses with a deep red multi brick.
