Britwell Road

This proposal was a part retrospective planning application for a two storey, part first floor rear extension and single storey front extension. The contractor was under the impression the construction fell under permitted development rights, when enforcement issues were raised, we were instructed to assist in gaining planning permission. We then used our expertise to develop a strategy to gain full planning permission once the construction after the construction had commenced. Fortunately, we were able to resolve all issues on site and avoid demolition and enforcement action leaving the client with a proposal that met his requirements.
