Norfolk Road 

This New Build proposal at Norfolk Road, Uxbridge originally had planning permission granted for a 3-bedroom house with amenity space. Fortunately, we were able to utilise the initial precedence and amend the scheme, with new planning permission that gained an additional habitable space at roof level. Resulting in a 4-bedroom property increasing the gross development value of the proposal by 10% from the initial forecast valuation. This demonstrates our ability at The White House Design to provide significant benefit for our clients, as in this example increasing the properties gross internal area and habitable space directly increases the value of the property. Resulting in a happy developer and a long term relationship, which is what we aim to have with all of our valued clients.
