Brampton Road

Brampton Road located in the London Borough of Hillingdon, is a proposal consisting of the construction of three 4-bedroom homes. This development had a required commitment to crime prevention and home security. As a result, the scheme adheres to the guidelines set forth in the Secured by Design (SBD) initiative, which is an official program aimed at enhancing the safety of buildings and their surrounding areas. 

To ensure that the highest standards of security are met, crucial elements of the SBD initiative were incorporated into the design and construction of these homes, including doors, windows, thief-resistant locks, security glazing, lighting, secure bicycle stands and storage facilities. The completed homes are to be fully compliant with PAS 24 standards, as well as Building Standards and Building Regulations Part Q.
