Northdown Road 

Northdown Road is a 3-bedroom residential property, on an expansive corner plot. This site allowed the opportunity to gain planning permission for an additional dwelling adjoining the existing property that required renovation. We proposed a single storey rear extension to the existing dwelling, as well as newly proposed adjoining 2-bedroom dwelling, which is what these images show case. The renovation works were considerately designed with dynamic details and contemporary finishes. The building frontage has a permeable paved driveway, with the interior utilising beautiful porcelain tiles and neutral colours that accentuate the white kitchen and quartz worktop. Northdown Road showcases the high standard a new build property can achieve.
