Green Street

Bedford Court was the ideal solution of choice to transform this neglected site in Chorleywood, previously a plot of land housing residential garages, the site now hosts six new apartment units. The dilapidated garages were demolished and planning permission was granted for the construction of this modern secluded development, houses a combination of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartment units. This gated frontage is located on Green Street, a prevalent residential road of Chorleywood.  The proposal was designed to allocate each flat with the required amenity space, vehicle parking and cycle storage.
